Digital customer journey in Morocco

In a customer-centric approach, RCI Finance Maroc has implemented in November 2019 a financing simulator called ” Virtual Salesperson “. This tool allows customers of Renault and Dacia to simulate a purchase remotely in order to facilitate their decision-making and to optimize customer relations. After less than 2 months of deployment, the tool has logged more than 76,000 simulations and nearly 150 sales were completed.
